Order special terms: ============ N/A Standard Terms and Conditions of Service: ========================== Herebelow are Kipitapp's standard terms of service. Acceptance of the order implies acceptance of these terms, whether on-line or on paper. All the terms below are in force unless specified otherwise in the order. In such case standard terms amendments in the order take precedence over the standard term under the condition that the amended standard term is clearly identified in the amendment by its reference number. 1. Prices in quotations and orders are monthly recurring fees unless mentioned otherwise. 2. Customer's account must be charged with at least one month order fees or RMB1000.00 whichever the greatest amount before the confirmed order is fulfilled. 3. Customer account may be charged by the means of customer payments to Kipitapp using bank transfer or Alipay. 4. Monthly order amounts will be invoiced monthly and are due before the beginning of the term . If the actual usage of resources is greater than on the order, an overage invoice line will be added in the monthly invoice. 5. In case the actual resource usage is lower than the monthly amount, and the accumulated difference reaches one month of order recurring fees or RMB1000.00, whichever is the greatest, a discount invoice line will be produced. 6. Actual resource usage is calculated by second of real usage, and summarized in hour. 7. Standard duration of an order is a term of 36 months. 8. Orders are automatically re-conducted for one year if no termination notice was sent by either party 3 months before term. 9. Early termination of an order by either party requires a 3 month notice and incurs a 3 month recurring fees compensation due by the terminating party to the other party. 10. Items in the categories support and service have their price re-evaluated every year on 1st of January based on the relevant last 12 months published China CPI index. This change in price is applied to on-going orders and related subsequent invoices. 11. Payment due dates are included in the invoice. Late payments incur an interest compensation fee of 0.06% of the late amount per day late.
